In what follows, when I write I will never do something, I mean "never, unless required to do so by a Court order".

What data about you do I have?

I collect from you only the information that I need to do business with you.

Whether you are a client, a potential model or a past model, you can always view all the information I have about you and see your answers to any questionnaires or forms you have completed on your profile page, which you can access by logging into your account and using the link at the top of any page on the site.

If you are a client

I keep the contact details you provide to me so that I can contact you about your treatments or the events that you have attended. I keep your answers to pre- and post-teatmnet questionnaires and feedback forms.

If you are model

I keep the contact details you provide to me so that I can contact you about opportunities. I keep your answers to modelling request forms.

How do I use your data?

Your personal details and your responses to pre-treatment questionnaires and model request forms remains confidential and I will never share it with anyone else.

If you close your account, unless you specifically request otherwise, I will retain all information that you have provided in pre- and post-treatment questionnaires or model request forms for analytical purposes. Any feedback that you may have given and I may have published on this website, with your permission, will remian publicly visible.

I have no control over reviews and feedback that you may have left for me on third-party sites such as TrustPilot. It is your responsibility to manage that information as you see fit.

How do I keep your data safe?

I never share your information with third parties.

Intimacy of Touch is a paper-free business. Your personal information is never left 'lying around' for others to see, whethger accidentally or on purpose.

The database in which your information is stored is password protected and cannot be accessed from third party websites.

All payments are handled by my bank and I never have access to your banking or other financial details.

The Intimacy of Touch website does not use cookies to monitor how you navigate through it nor to privde information about you or what you have viewed to any third party.
